Step-by-Step Assembly Instructions:

*Before opening the box, verify the size and drawer side is correct. * No returns after assembly.*

Tools Needed:

🔧 Screwdriver or drill

📏 Measuring tape

📐 Level

🔨 Rubber mallet

💡 Wood glue (optional)

1️⃣ Prep Your Workspace and Unbox

  • Clear a flat surface to lay out your materials.

  • Unbox all components and check them against the instruction manual.

  • Organize your hardware (screws, dowels, hinges) for easy access.

2️⃣ Assemble the Frame

  • Attach the side panels to the bottom panel using screws or dowels.

  • Secure the back panel with nails or screws.

  • Double-check alignment with your level before moving on.

3️⃣ Install Support Bars

  • Add any crossbars or center supports included in your kit. These ensure your vanity remains sturdy.

4️⃣ Attach Doors and Drawers

  • For doors: Attach the hinges to the door panels, then mount them to the frame. Adjust hinges for a perfect fit.

  • For drawers: Assemble the drawer boxes, attach slides, and mount them into the vanity.

5️⃣ Secure the Countertop

  • If your vanity includes a countertop, place it on the frame and secure it as instructed. Some countertops require adhesive or brackets.

6️⃣ Final Touches

  • Tighten all screws and ensure everything is secure.

  • Wipe down surfaces and check that the vanity sits level in its final location.

Pro Tips for Success

✔ Test Before You Secure: Always dry-fit parts before screwing or gluing them. This ensures everything lines up perfectly, saving time and frustration.

✔ Don’t Overtighten Screws: Tighten screws just until they’re snug. Over-tightening can cause cracks or strip the hardware, which may weaken the structure.

✔ Use Wood Glue for Durability: For extra strength, apply wood glue at joints. This is especially helpful for high-use vanities. (Optional but highly recommended!)

✔ Keep It Level: Use a level at every stage—crooked vanities can lead to wobbly countertops or doors that don’t close properly.

✔ Work in a Well-Lit Space: Good lighting helps you see alignment and avoid mistakes, especially for small hardware pieces.

✔ Protect Your Surfaces: Assemble on a soft surface like a rug or cardboard to prevent scratches on your vanity parts.

✔ Team Up for Big Projects: If the vanity is heavy or large, having an extra set of hands can make the process faster and safer.
